Let me help you figure out what is going to look the best on your wall by creating virtual mock-ups of your beautiful portraits so you know exactly what you are getting before you purchase it. Wall design is a complimentary service that is included will all the Collections.

The session fee is the only upfront investment required to book your session.

Whether you need a couple of images for yourself or consistent imagery for your employees, Fotoplicity has you covered.

How It Works
Consult
Let’s discuss your session goals. I will go over how everything works, pricing and answer any questions you may have.
Booking & Planning
Secure your session date by paying the session fee. We’ll then spend more time planning your session details including wardrobe.
Session
The relaxed session typically runs between 40-75 minutes, however there is no hard time limit.
Collection
Collections include 10, 20 or 30 retouched digital images.
A Collection purchase is required within 48 hours of the release of the proofing gallery.
Image Selection
Take your time selecting the images to fulfill your Collection.
Purchase any additional prints, products and digitals.
Questions & Answers

Fotoplicity’s busiest season is Fall, followed by Spring. I recommend booking 6-8 weeks in advance during these seasons, especially if you desire a weekend session.
If you are flexible with your schedule I can typically find a weekday slot within 2 weeks.
Headshots can typically be booked within a week or less.
If you need your images by a specific date, please take that into account. There is a turn time for editing and print orders after the session.

You will have your choice of a Fotoplicity location. You may request a location outside of the recommended locations however travel/scouting fees may be incurred.

The session fee covers the consultation, personalized guidance throughout the process, access to a wardrobe styling app, the session time and all administrative costs.

Collections include a set number of high resolution digital files, a printed product, the ability to purchase heirloom quality prints & products.
Full sessions also include a two-year Birthday Club membership for the kids (if applicable).

Light is the most important element when creating gorgeous portraits! All outdoor sessions are shot within 1-2 hours post-sunrise or before sunset. Cloudy days offer more flexibility.Fotoplicity only books one outdoor session per day to allow for changes in scheduling based on weather and lighting conditions.
Sessions can be done at other times of the day however the imagery will look very different than what you see on this website. If you wish to book outside recommended hours, please request sample imagery & adjust expectations appropriately.
Studio sessions can be scheduled any time of the day.

Weather is unpredictable. When you book an outdoor session we will schedule a session date and a rain date. If the weather does not cooperate on the rain date we will work together to reschedule at that time.

Approximately 5-7 business days after your session you will have the opportunity to view the best 30-40 unedited proofs online. You can then purchase your desired Collection.
A Collection purchases is required within 48 hours of the gallery release.
Once purchased you will have plenty of additional time to select the images to fulfill that Collection and add on any prints or products.
Your are always welcome to request a in-person/studio or virtual ordering appointment. This is ideal for those looking for physical artwork and wish to see product samples.
