This session is guaranteed to create images that need to be displayed in PRINT!  I have personally chosen some gorgeous ways to present these priceless memories.

PRE-ORDER BONUS! If you pre-order one of these Royal Products when you book the session, you will receive a complimentary Mobile App of all the final edited images so you can access your images on the go and electronically share them with friends and family! All products will be on display the day of the session and may be purchased through your online gallery.  The mobile app, however, is only available with the pre-order.

F.A.Q.

How many children does the session include? One.

How much does it cost? The session fee is $300.  This includes a short session, FIVE fully edited, high resolution digital images and a gorgeous Artisan Folio with two fine art prints.  You may add additional products to your session if desired.

Can I keep the dress? The dress rental is included in the session fee.  If you love the dress, you may purchase it for an additional $45.00

What about siblings? You may add on ONE additional sibling for $125 which includes the dress & prop rental.  You will also receive an additional digital (Total of SIX).  Images will include two of each child separately and two of them together (depending on cooperation and willingness to pose together).  You will choose which two images to include in your Artisan Folio.

What if it rains? The rain date will be the following Sunday - September 17th.  You will keep the same time originally booked.

What if I'm not available for the rain date? Please only book if you can make the rain date or are willing to forfeit your deposit.

Will there be hair and make up? No, please come with clean hair - no makeup needed!

When & how much do I pay? $100 is due at the time of booking to hold your spot and order the dress in your child's size.  The remaining balance will be due one week prior to the session date.

Motherhood is beautiful. To your children and your husband, the love, care and courage that it takes to be a mother are treasured and appreciated. However, the reality of a busy life means that us Moms don't often FEEL beautiful.  Let's face it - after cleaning up messes all day long, doing several loads of laundry, preparing and cooking meals and working, most women don't feel they are "glowing".  Instead they just feel exhausted and, well....a mess. This Mother's Day, why not indulge in a fun makeover and photo shoot?

THE MAKEOVER

We'll start off with a full hair and makeup makeover by Rachel from Rocky's Hair & Makeup.  She'll spend some time not only making you feel amazing, but providing some simple skin care and makeup tips along the way.  When your makeover is finished, Rachel will provide you with a sample product for you to take home with you!

THE PHOTO SHOOT

Once Rachel finishes up, Jennifer from Fotoplicity will get your confidence soaring by taking photos of you that are worthy of a magazine cover.  You'll receive wardrobe suggestions BEFORE the session and during the session she'll spend time coaching you through stances and expressions and offer you posing techniques that you can use whenever a camera is present.  Most images will be taken from the waist up, however there may be a few 3/4 or full body.  If you booked back to back sessions with a friend or family member we'll be sure to get a few photographs of the two of you together.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

Hairstyling, makeup & a 20-30 minute model photo shoot.  Hair & makeup tips from Rachel along with a product sample and posing techniques from Jennifer.  Once the session is over, Jennifer will choose the best 5-8 images from your session, expertly retouch them and place them into an online proofing gallery for you to view.  You will be given a $50.00 print credit and a complimentary web-resolution magazine cover (shown above) for social media sharing. You will be able to purchase digitals, prints and products directly from the online gallery.

Sessions are $300 per person.  Sessions are restricted to clients 16 years of age and older.  

JUST DON'T

Before you even start, I'm going to stop you.  DO NOT talk yourself out of this.  So what if you have 10-30 pounds to lose - so what if you just had a baby - and don't even convince yourself that you are not photogenic.  Let me tell you something - with the right makeup, hair and photographer we will melt your insecurities away!

Valentine's Days Mini Sessions - 2017

This year I thought I'd offer something a little different for Valentine's Day.  I'm a "less is more" type of person especially when it comes to children and photographs.  Children are perfect just the way they are.  There is no need for a ton of props and fancy backdrops.  After all, the point of a portrait is to capture expression and feeling, right?  These sessions will be very simple.  The focus will be on the upper body and face.  I will provide a fresh flower or two to give them a "Valentine's Day" feel.

Prints, Products and Digitals

All prints products and digital files are sold separately.  Special pricing will be made available for the duration of your proofing gallery. Digital Images will be $35 each (savings $15) or all 5 for $100 (savings of $75).  There will also be special pricing on certain prints and products.

Age Restrictions

Due to the nature of these sessions I am only accepting children ages 4-18.  Children younger than four will not have the attention span nor the ability to follow the direction required for a session like this.  If you have a younger child please contact me directly for information on a custom session.

What about Siblings?

Because sessions are only 15 minutes long, siblings will require their own session.  If you would like an image of your children together (maximum 3 kids) please book back-to-back sessions and we'll make it happen.  Important:  This does NOT increase the number of images in the proofing gallery which will remain 5 per child.

Where?

The Fotoplicity Office, located at 180 Tices Lane in East Brunswick, NJ.

What to wear?

We're keeping things simple, so clothing should be the same. Girls - a black, white, or pink tank top with skinny straps makes for awesome photos. Boys - a plain white or black t-shirt will work fine. Bottoms don't matter - legs will NOT be in the photos.

IMPORTANT:  Photos look best if hair is styled and neat.  Do take time to remove temporary tattoos, chipped nail polish or any other distracting things from the body.  (Blemishes, scratches or cuts will be touched up during editing)

How do I sign my kiddos up for this awesome mini session?

These sessions are RSVP and prepaid – click on link below to select your preferred time slot.  I will contact you within 48 hours with a contract and invoice.  Spots are non-refundable, but in case of a sick kiddo or meteor hitting earth that day, you can certainly apply it towards a future session.

Both sessions must be booked in 2017.  Booking is based on availability of Photographer. Sessions are limited to a maximum of 5 people. Price based on regular portrait sessions.  Enchanted or other specialty sessions may incur additional fees. Travel fees will be incurred for locations outside a 10 miles of East Brunswick, NJ. Folio Box will be delivered AFTER the first session with the sessions's mounted prints. Initial deposit of $200 required.  This deposit is non-refundable. Based on previous year client needs, this year I am offering 2 different types of Fall Mini Sessions.

All sessions will take place outdoors and include an online proofing gallery with up to 10 retouched photos from the session.

Actual number of high resolution digital downloads depends on the session purchased (see below).  Additional digitals and prints can be purchased directly from the gallery.

Returning Client Bonus!

All returning families will be able to download their entire proofing gallery at no additional charge as a thank you for your loyalty!

Back To School - Mini Sessions

Back To School Mini Sessions 

Do you want to change things up this year?  Instead of the usual cookie-cutter back to school picture opt for a custom Fotoplicity portrait.  I will spend approximately 10-15 minutes with your child and provide you with a handful of options that are well-deserving of a space on your living room wall!  The backdrop for the portraits will be a gorgeous and colorful mural concrete wall in Highland Park, NJ. - athe perfect backdrop to compliment your school-aged child's vibrant personality.

WHAT The $50 session fee includes a 10-15 minute outdoor photo session for one child (Older children may require less time), an online proofing gallery of FIVE (5) re-touched images and your choice of ONE (1) digital jpeg download printable up to 8×10.  You will also have the option to purchase additional prints & images.

WHO Sessions are for school aged children only (ages 4-17).  Sorry, no infants, toddlers and no adults.  No exceptions.  If you have more than one child, you may book them at the add-on rate of $25 each.  If you book back to back sessions for siblings I will take a photo of your children together.

WHEN Saturday September 10th 4-6pm Please arrive to your session 5 minutes early.  If you arrive late your session will be cut short.

WHERE The Painted Wall in the Stop & Shop Parking Lot Highland Park, NJ 08904

SESSION DETAILS The session will take place outdoors near the Stop & Shop parking lot.  I will use the wall as a backdrop.  There will be no use of props.  Headshots, 3/4 shots and full body shots will be taken.

PAYMENT & CONTRACT Payment in full and a signed contract are required to reserve your spot.

SIBLING DISCOUNT Book more than one session and get the second session for only $25!  This is perfect for those with more than one child.

REFUND POLICY Due to the nature of these mini sessions, there are NO REFUNDS given upon cancellation or due to no-show.  HOWEVER, if the cancellation is more than 24 hours you may use the credit towards any regular session if booked within TWO months (November 10, 2016) of the mini session date.

WARDROBE Wardrobe will NOT BE PROVIDED.  Please dress your child in an outfit that looks great and is comfortable!  Wardrobe changes will NOT be permitted.

PROOFING GALLERY Your proofing gallery of the best 5 images from the session will be emailed to you approximately 2 weeks after the session.  You will be able to download your favorite image (part of the session) and purchase any additional prints or digitals you like.  The gallery will only be active for FIVE (5) days.  Once the gallery expires there is a $25 fee to re-activate it, so please download and order before it expires!

Prom, Magazine Style

Forget backyard snapshots....That PROM dress is magazine-worthy and your pictures should be too!

The word "prom" first appeared in 1894 in the journal of an Amherst College student on his way to a dance at Smith College. Fast forward 100+ years and they have become quite the iconic, integral part of the high school experience.  From fancy ballrooms, stretch limos and most importantly the DRESS!  Yes, that dress!

Girls spend hours hunting for that perfect dress.  The one that is red-carpet worthy.  For this shoot we took things a bit further. These beautiful girls were pampered with a professional makeup application by Rachel from Rocky's Hair & Makeup.  We then took advantage of the amazing evening sun filtering through the industrial windows of this stunning loft.  I guided the girls into fashion model poses and snapped away.  The results....Magazine-worthy images!

I am now offering a handful of very affordable PROM MINI SESSIONS so you too can get some fantastic photos for your memory books.  There are indoor & outdoor sessions available.  All sessions will take place on specific dates in Highland Park, NJ.  And yes - the indoor space is the SAME as in these pictures.  You can see some sample outdoor images HERE.
