Spend time with Jennifer doing what she loves most….taking photographs! This private class will be designed around what you want to learn.
From client interaction, utilizing available light and posing to achieving creamy bokeh….we can cover it. This is the time for you to ask questions, explore and learn. We will create a loose plan during your phone consultation.
A model is required for this class. You may bring your own OR Fotoplicity will provide one for an additional fee. If bringing your own model, they must be old enough to withstand a 2-hour class and be able to follow instructions. If you wish to bring a child, a parent or guardian must be present to supervise care for them throughout the duration of the class.
The class is 1.5-2 hours (depending on your level) in length and includes a phone consultation.
You will be contacted within 48 hours after check-out to schedule a phone consultation & set up a class date & time

MODELS
You may use your own children/friend/spouse as models, however, it is required that you have someone there to care for them while you are learning. If booking with a friend, you can use each other as models at no additional charge.
*This class does not cover the in-depth technical aspect of your camera. While we can cover things like exposure, ISO and aperture, we will not delve into the depths of your camera settings and menu options.
WHERE DOES THIS CLASS TAKE PLACE?
Classes are local to the East Brunswick, Highland Park, Edison area. If you are interested in Studio photography, we can utilize the Fotoplicity Studio.
CAN I BOOK WITH A FRIEND?
Yes! Please book a GROUP class.
DO I NEED A FANCY CAMERA?
That depends on what you want to learn! While it’s not required, DSLRs and Mirrorless cameras allow you more creative control, however it certainly is not necessary. Understanding composition and lighting have nothing to do with the camera!
DO I NEED A MODEL?
Yes, this is a PORTRAIT class. You will need to bring your own model of have Fotoplicity supply one.
